Jon is the Vice President of Learning and Development at Nordstrom, Inc. He is in his 11th year with the company and in the Pacific Northwest. Before moving to Seattle in 1999, Jon held executive, leadership, organizational development, and training roles in financial services and health care organizations in Boston and the New York/New Jersey area.

Jon began his career in leadership development and organizational effectiveness at the Graduate School of Education of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, where he specialized in improving the quality of classroom instruction and helping college faculty improve their in-class teaching performance. He established a faculty development program and taught graduate education courses at Rutgers College in New Brunswick, NJ.
