Jane is currently the Vice President for [JB2D] Performance, focusing her consulting practice on organizational and individual performance and effectiveness. Prior to external consulting, from 1998 to 2005, Jane served as HR Director for Starbucks Coffee Company leading HR teams supporting the corporate headquarters staff. Jane led the HR Department for the Washington State Convention & Trade Center, from 1988 to 1998. Her initial HR experience was in executive search, working as an Associate for Jenson-Oldani and Lee Foote & Company between 1983 and 1987.

Jane holds a M.A. in Organizational Management and a B.S. in Health, Physical Education & Recreation. She earned her Senior Professional in HR (SPHR) designation in 1995.

Committed to the HR profession, Jane is a founding member of PNW HRSF, and currently serves as secretary and chair of the marketing & communications committee. She is a currently serving on the HRPS 2007 conference committee and is a former Society HRM Seattle Chapter Board Member; and, active participant with the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI).
