Program format descriptions:

• Strategic Speaker, featuring nationally or internationally known HR and/or business thought leaders
  • Including collaboration with other business disciplines for a broader level business perspective, e.g. Enterprise Seattle (formerly Seattle Economic Development Council) to discuss workforce planning, recruitment & retention in the greater Seattle area, along with how Seattle ranks in terms of economic development in the nation.

     

• Senior Practitioner Forum, featuring PNW HRSF members’ work within the one or more of the 5 program areas

   

• Peer 2 Peer (P2P) Workshop, only open to ’internal practitioners’ so members feel free to share information
  • Hosted by a member’s company at the company location, sessions focus on an HR topic of interest (e.g., talent management, etc). The host company will share the company’s approach and both the strategic and tactical implications of the work. Attending companies will share work that is completed or in-process, as applicable. The Affiliate will enlist the involvement of host companies, advertise the event, maintain registration, and support the host company with other logistics as needed. The host company provides the facilities and refreshments.

   

• Conference within the framework of the 5 areas of focus - ½ day to multi-day conferences featuring relevant nationally/internationally known key note speakers and/or concurrent sessions focused on strategic, emerging HR/Business issues.
