Gretchen Broderson has been a member of the HR Strategic Forum Board of Directors since 2008, and currently services as President of the affliate. She chaired the Communications and Marketing committee in 2010-2011.
Gretchen is an Account Director at Towers Watson, a leading global professional services company. She works closely with HR leaders at large organizations, understanding their human capital issues and supporting strategic planning and execution across a broad range of human capital programs, including total rewards design, talent development and employee communication. She joined the company in 1997, and was previously the Director of Public Relation for the company's predecessor firm, Watson Wyatt.
