Nordstrom has always believed that their people are their
greatest asset and it all starts at the front line. That philosophy continues
throughout the organization regardless of what role you have, and it is the
foundation of leadership at Nordstrom.
Delena Sunday, EVP of Human Resources and Jon Anastasio, VP of Learning and
Development will outline Nordstrom’s people development approaches. The lessons
learned from Nordstrom’s experience will be used to encourage discussion of
assessment, development planning, and experiential learning approaches to
developing leaders.
Since this is our last program of the year, the session will also include a
brief review of the PNWHRSF 2006 activities, and a preview of 2007.
The program will be followed by a networking reception.
