“Leaning” the HR
Organization – Applying Lean Processing to HR
HR is frequently instrumental in bringing lean processing
into the business or operational units to create greater organizational
effectiveness; but, what about applying those same principles to the HR
organization?
This senior practitioners’ forum focuses on the
organizational effectiveness of the HR organization itself. Two HR professionals
who have led HR department organizational effectiveness initiatives within their
respective organizations will be joined by a leading lean process improvement
consultant for a moderated panel discussion. This interactive discussion will
provide insights into the ‘realities’ and outcomes of the application of lean
processes. The panelists will share case studies regarding the value proposition
of applying lean principles to HR as well as the direct benefits within HR
organization. With plenty of time for open discussion, Q&A and networking with
peers, this is a not to be missed program.
