Executive Compensation, Under the New Rules
Do you have questions and ideas about compensating
executives under the new regulations? If so, please join us for a discussion of
executive compensation. Among other issues, we’ll discuss:
- How to comply with the new regulations about
disclosure of executive compensation
- “Life after stock options” --- Now that we need to
expense stock options, how do we provide equity compensation to executives?
- Ideas for providing Boards an independent review of
executive compensation
- Hidden costs of equity compensation vehicles that vest
based on market performance
- Issues and/or ideas you’d like to discuss about
executive compensation…
If participants have done Tally Sheets and could bring
examples to share, that would add tangible value to the program’s “take aways.”
