The Boeing Company is aggressively preparing for the
future by ensuring its leaders have the skills and background they need in this
environment. For this extended Strategic Speakers' Forum, Dixie Benny of Boeing
has invited John Malitoris, Executive Director of Corporate Education at Duke
Corporate Education, and Janet Anderson, Performance Consultant at Boeing to discuss the
program they have designed to develop Company leaders for the future. In
addition, Dixie has invited Dr. B.J. Prashantham, a consultant with Pacific
Consulting Services, to join us in the afternoon for a conversation about
cross-cultural leadership.
Join us at the Boeing campus at Longacres Training Center
for an interactive session where we will hear from these experts, as well as
from you. We have purposely expanded the timing of the program to allow for both
presentation and sharing of your ideas. Lunch will be provided.
PLEASE NOTE: Please plan to arrive 30 – 45 minutes before
the presentation, as parking is a challenge, and registration is required. Check
in with the receptionist (front of the building by the small pond) where you
will receive a temporary badge allowing you access to the building for the day.
Boeing facilities are Secure facilities, requiring photo ID (driver’s license)
to receive a temporary badge. Non-Boeing individuals may only enter through the
front door (side doors are badge access for employees only).
