As the world's organizations strive to improve business
performance, Human Resources functions are asked to assume roles with increasing
complexity, financial impact, and strategic relevance. In response, Chief Human
Resources Officers have increasing made the skill levels of HR staff a top
priority. But where and how should we focus scarce development resources? Drawn
from a survey of Chief Human Resources Officers at nearly 200 organizations
around the world, this session will address:
- How well have HR functions aligned their priorities
against business needs?
- Which HR staff skills best build the function's
effectiveness in its most important roles?
- What methods are most important for building
critical skills?
The program will be followed by a networking reception. |
