PNW HRSF is hosting a lunch to provide highlights of the April 2007 Human Resource Planning Society national conference. Members of the HRSF Board who attended the conference will provide information and content on the conference theme, “HR at the Tipping Point". The keynote speeches and breakout sessions were challenging and provocative. They focused on:

• Globalization - the "flattening" of the world

• HR Decision Science - basing people decisions on facts and data

• The employment promise when 4-5 generations are in the workforce simultaneously

• HR strategy as affected by Business Strategy

• Sustainable business practices

We will offer two interactive sessions on these subjects, sharing highlights of thought leaders and CEO/HR case studies and presentations.
