Pamela McLean, co-founder of The Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara
and CEO, is a business and leadership coach. clinical and organizational
psychologist, and the co-author of the book LifeLaunch: A Passionate
Guide to the Rest of Your Life and author of many articles. Dr. McLean
brings 30 years of experience as a licensed clinical and organizational
psychologist, executive coach and leader in the field of coaching. An
authority on coaching education, coaching practice and supervision and
approaches to building successful coaching cultures, she is a speaker on
topics of Coaching, Leading from Behind as Leaders and Coaches, and
Women in Leadership and Generational Dynamics in the Workplace.
Dr. McLean regularly speaks on topics of leadership development and
coaching and recent engagements include: Leadership Development for
Women at the 4th China-U.S. Conference on Women and Leadership held in
Shanghai; The Transitioning Leader: Reinventing Retirement at the
American Society on Aging (ASA) and National Council on the Aging (NCOA)
Joint Conference; A Developmental Perspective in Coaching at 2008 ICCO
Symposium, Pepperdine University and more.
She has been on the faculty of Antioch University, she currently
serves on the Harvard Women's Leadership Board, JFK School of Public
Policy, she is a member of Women President's Organization and serves on
the board member of the regional Planned Parenthood affiliate of Santa
Barbara, Ventura and San Luis Obispo. She is a member of the American
Psychological Association, Division 13 of APA in Consulting Psychology
and a Fellow of The American Group Psychotherapy Association and an
Editorial Board Member of the International Journal of Coaching in
Organizations (IJCO). |
