Bill Joiner is a seasoned leadership and organization development consultant with 30 years experience completing successful projects with companies based in the US, Canada, and Europe. He speaks about leadership agility, provides leadership workshops, trains coaches, and helps companies design action learning programs that foster this vital competency. In partnership with Cambria Consulting, he has developed the first online, research-based 360 feedback instrument to assess leadership agility. He is an adjunct faculty member in Leadership for Change at Boston College and has a doctorate in Organization Development from Harvard University.
