Debbie A Curless, PMP
Director, Organizational Development & Talent Management Itron, Inc.
In her current role, Debbie is responsible for overall performance management,
human capital analysis, and the creation, development and implementation of
organizational development strategies from a North America perspective. She
strategically drives continuous improvement through process, skill building and
technology. Debbie has over 14 years of operational experience at Itron, in
addition to her 8 years in Human Resources management. She also provides
counseling to the Board of Directors concerning the impact of operational
decisions and teaches business classes at Whitworth College. She received a
Master of Business Administration at Gonzaga University and a Bachelor of Arts
at Eastern Washington University in the same field. Debbie enjoys volunteering
with community organizations, spending time with family, walking and traveling. | |
