Laurent Bentitou serves as Vice President of Talent Development in Human Resources for T-Mobile USA. In his current capacity, Laurent is responsible for all talent acquisition, development and learning for one of the largest global cellular providers. As part of his responsibilities, he leads diversity hiring, as well as retention and mobility programs.

Prior to joining T-Mobile, Laurent has over 16 years of professional experience having managed all aspects of staffing, recruiting and talent management for companies such as Home Depot and IBM. Laurent works and resides in Seattle where he is an avid sailor, and outdoor enthusiast.
