Norm Tonina, 15 year Microsoft veteran, is a Senior Director on Microsoft’s People and Organization Capability (POC) and has been responsible for designing and executing key strategic corporate-wide HR initiatives since 1999. Over the last four years, Norm has worked as part of the POC Leadership Team focused on the company’s culture, talent management, and leadership development agenda. Currently, Norm leads POC’s Culture and Talent Transformation team. This team is responsible for defining and executing an enterprise-wide change plan and influence strategy to shape and evolve Microsoft’s culture while documenting Microsoft’s overarching talent strategy while expanding / updating critical talent enablement elements.
