Patrick Day
Manager, Leadership and Organizational Development
Esterline
Patrick rejoined Esterline in May, 2007, as their
Manager, Leadership and Organizational Development. In his role, Patrick
partners with Tom Heine to support Esterline’s Leader Development and OD
functions.
Patrick has over 20 years of experience in HR, prior to his return to Esterline,
he worked in a variety of HR Leadership roles at Microsoft Corporation and
Expedia where he provided HR support for various technical development groups.
In his previous stint with Esterline, Patrick spent 10 years working as an HR
Director at Esterline Technologies both at the Bellevue Corporate office and at
their Scientific Columbus subsidiary in Columbus, Ohio. Early in his career he
did Labor Relations work with Chrysler Corporation at their Trenton Engine Plant
and Sterling Heights Assembly in the Detroit metro area.
Patrick has a BS in Labor and Human Resources from The Ohio State University and
an MS Industrial Relations from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
