Susan Reece Susan Reece serves as Vice President of Strategic Development for Leupold & Stevens, Inc. with responsibility for corporate strategic planning, human resources and risk management. Prior to her tenure with Leupold & Stevens, Susan directed the Human Resource function for twelve years in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, including an expatriate assignment for GlaxoSmithKline in Kobe, Japan. Susan has consulted in a variety of industries in the areas of business strategy, employee selection, organization development and management development. She is a licensed industrial/organizational psychologist with a PhD from the University of Georgia. Susan has attended executive business education at the London Business School, the University of North Carolina, and Duke University. Susan serves on the Board of Directors for Ethos, a non profit organization that provides music education to underserved youth across the state of Oregon. Susan serves as the Chair of the Manufacturing-21 Coalition--a group of manufacturing companies and public sector organizations whose vision is to create a Northwest Center for Manufacturing and Infrastructure Engineering. Susan is a member of the Business Advisory Council of the School of Business Administration at Portland State University. She is a past member of the Oregon Workforce Investment Board and served on the executive committee of the Coalition of Healthcare Purchasers as Treasurer. |
